By accessing or using Buffer ("the App", "Service"), available at bufr.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Buffer is a command-driven workspace designed for deep focus and productivity. It allows users to write notes, open PDFs, link to exact pages, and organise their work without context switching. During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge to early access users.

3. Beta Access

Buffer is currently in beta. Beta versions of the service may contain bugs, errors, and other problems. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate beta access at any time without notice
• Change features, pricing, or availability of the service
• Collect feedback and usage data to improve the product

Participation in the beta programme does not guarantee continued access to the service once it is fully launched.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Buffer and its licensors. Our trademarks, logo, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the application. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buffer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
